Hi Everyone,

We need to let you know about an important change to the "WIN A BANKSY" Prize Draw. Unfortunately, a technical problem has occured that means we can’t guarantee the draw would be completely fair. Because fairness and transparency are so important to us, we’ve had to make the tough call to cancel the draw. This is in line with clause 12 of the published Prize Draw Rules, which all entrants agreed to when entering.

Here’s what happens next:

• All paid entries will be refunded in full. You’ll see the refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 days working days (please allow up to 10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider).
  
• Free postal/alternative entries are also void, and no prize will be awarded this time.
  

We know this is disappointing, and we’re really sorry to have to make this call. But we’d rather cancel than run something that doesn’t meet our standards of fairness. By refunding everyone, we’re making sure nobody is left out of pocket.
