DELIVERY INFORMATION 

Thank you visiting the Giftshop. Please read below for information on how we ship your order.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day. This excludes items marked in the description as pre-order items, of which will be dispatched from the specified date per item.

Delivery Locations
We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom.

Delivery Rates & Delivery Estimates

United Kingdom:

• UK Tracked (Tracked 24 or Tracked 48): 2–3 business days – from £4.50 

Europe:

• EU  Tracked: 3–10 business days – from £14.05

Rest of World (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.):

• International Tracked: 7–14 business days – from £20.65

Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

Order Tracking
If your order includes tracking, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs or import charges that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch at giftshop@sayfanks.com. We may require a photo of any damage or a written statement for lost parcels to assist with a claim.
